A new Smoothie King will become one of the few franchises in Fells Point

All the way up Broadway along the blocks that make up Fells Point are mainly unique restaurant and retail concepts with few having more than one location. This summer, however, a franchise with nearly 700 locations in the U.S. joins the fray. Local restauranteur David Olinde is set to open a Smoothie King location at 1716 Thames St. in mid-June.
