Howard County law firm Offit Kurman plans to acquire a Philadelphia health care law boutique, effective April 1. Kelley Partners’ three lawyers will leave their offices at 1628 Pine St. in Philadelphia and move into Offit Kurman’s space at 1801 Market St. In addition, Offit Kurman will take over Kelley’s Harrisburg office — where it previously did not have a location — which will be managed by Kelley partner John A.
