Renovating a decades-old arena while keeping it open isn’t easy, but it is possible. Just ask Larry Lepore. He’s the general manager of the Dunkin’ Donuts Center, the 14,000-seat arena in Providence, R.I., that Baltimore leaders have pointed to as a proof of concept while they explore major upgrades to the city-owned Royal Farms Arena.
