German grocer Lidl said Monday it is ramping up distribution operations in Cecil County by hiring at least 200 workers. The company started development of its 754,000-square-foot distribution center in 2017 in the Principio Business Park off Route 40 in Perryville, and the facility has been slow to get off the ground since its completion.
