The Washington County retail hub Centre at Hagerstown has a new owner — from Baltimore. Continental Realty Corp. acquired the 331,000-square-foot shopping center at the crossroads of Interstate 81 and Route 40. The center is 93% leased and includes national tenants like Marshalls, Bed Bath & Beyond, Books-A-Million, OfficeMax, PetSmart and A.C. Moore.
