New concept in the works for the former Parts & Labor space in Remington

The former home of Spike Gjerde’s restaurant and butchery, Parts & Labor, may soon have a new tenant. A notice from Baltimore’s liquor board was posted on the door of the building at 2600 N. Howard St. over the weekend stating that an application has been submitted by Remington BBQ LLC for the transfer of a Class “B” beer, wine and liquor license at the location.
