Southwest Airlines Co. is allowing people traveling in or out of Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport to rebook their flights for free as Hurricane Florence continues to barrel toward the East Coast. Florence, currently a Category 4 storm, could approach Category 5 strength as it nears the shore.
