The Baltimore County liquor board gave its approval to a new liquor store in Parkville Monday but only after imposing a list of conditions intended to alleviate some community concerns. Commissioners voted to award a Class A, off-sale license to Hot Shot Liquors, which plans to open in a shopping center at 3533 East Joppa Road in December.
