Locust Point residents upset after zoning board delays hearing on nine-story building near Domino Sugar

A hearing over a zoning change for a nine-story mixed-use development in Locust Point was postponed Tuesday at City Hall, upsetting residents of the South Baltimore peninsula who came to protest the project.
