United Way of Central Maryland has named Corporate Office Properties Trust CEO Stephen E. Budorick as chairman of its 2018 fundraising campaign. The nonprofit hopes to raise $19.9 million to support low-income families with educational, financial and health programs. The goal is to help struggling families reach self-sufficiency.
