A Maryland delegate is so confident Amazon.com Inc. isn’t coming to Montgomery County, he’s put a lot of crab cakes on the line. Republican Del. Pat McDonough, who represents Baltimore and Harford counties, was one of 59 members of the Maryland House of Delegates to vote Wednesday against a multibillion-dollar incentive bill aimed at luring the e-commerce giant to the state.
