Work on a 350,000-square-foot office tower in Columbia’s emerging Merriweather District will get underway next week. The 12-story project is located at Little Patuxent and Broken Land parkways. It will take 18 months to complete and already has an anchor tenant, cybersecurity firm Tenable that inked a deal to move its headquarters into 150,000 square feet on six floors there in late 2019.
