At the Hotel Revival, every room has a doorbell with the label “Rings True” around it. It’s one of the many unique touches at the 14-story, 107-room boutique hotel opening soon in Mount Vernon. The hotel, a former apartment building at 101 West Monument St. across from the Washington Monument, has had several rebirths since it was built in the 1920s.
