It'Sugar will move back into its original Harborplace location this month as renovations to the Inner Harbor food and retail hub move forward. The specialty candy store, which has more than 100 locations nationwide, moved to the Light Street pavilion a year and a half ago so that its space in the Pratt Street pavilion could be updated and expanded. It will reopen at 201 East Pratt St. on April 13, company officials announced Monday. The renovations doubled the store’s size to 3,800 square feet.…
