The Maryland state Senate signed off on $5.6 billion in tax incentives to lure Amazon.com Inc. to Montgomery County on Monday night. The package, pitched by Gov. Larry Hogan, passed by a 35-11 margin. It provides state income, property and sales tax credits and exemptions.
