A well-landscaped parcel of historic Reservoir Hill could soon be known as Lady Baltimore Park. City Council President Bernard C. “Jack” Young and two new members of the council, Robert Stokes Sr. and Leon F. Pinkett III, on Thursday introduced a bill to lend the name to the park at 1900-2100 Mount Royal Terrace near North Avenue.
