Timothy Perry of Perry, White, Ross & Jacobson LLC remains the highest-paid lobbyist in Maryland for the fourth year in a row. Perry’s total compensation grew about 18 percent in 2015. Some of Perry’s clients include Anheuser-Busch Cos., IBM, Wegmans Food Markets Inc. and Maryland Horse Breeders Association.
