A March 1 deadline has been set by Howard County planning officials for proposals to redevelop the nearly 8-acre Long Reach Village Center in Columbia. On Monday, the Howard County Department of Planning and Zoning issued a request for proposals for the project. The suburban village center was built in 1974 and renovated in 1997.
