Here's a look inside the new City Arts 2 artist housing

Nearly all 60 units at City Arts 2 in Greenmount West are leased — a month before the first tenants are scheduled to move in. The three-story apartment project at 1700 Greenmount Ave. is in the final stages of construction and will hold studio, one and two-bedroom apartments billed as affordable housing for artists including photographers, painters, writers, actors and musicians.
