Brass Tap craft beer bar in Midtown delayed, eyes December opening

The new Midtown craft beer bar Brass Tap has been delayed about two months after permitting took longer than expected, following the announcement this past winter that the bar was coming to Baltimore. Owner Barry Lowenthal said he didn’t have the proper permits ready until mid-September, which forced the launch of the new craft beer bar to be pushed back from the original goal of opening in October until December.
