1 Light Street developer paying to send Baltimore deputy mayor to China

Baltimore Deputy Mayor Colin Tarbert is headed to China — on developer Madison Marquette’s dime. Tarbert, the deputy mayor for economic and neighborhood development, will be heading to China from Nov. 3 through Nov. 8 looking for investors for the 1 Light Street development, according to city documents.
