Greenberg Gibbons — the fast-growing developer behind Foundry Row in Owings Mills — is expanding its reach into Southern Maryland with the acquisition of the proposed 145-acre Waldorf Station. The proposed development at the intersection of U.S. Route 301 and Maryland Route 5 is planned to include about 500,000 square feet of retail and commercial use, 700 apartments and 100 townhomes.
