Cecil County has won a $20 million federal grant to help fund a new Interstate 95 interchange near Principio Business Park as the industrial hub looks to add to its list of high-profile tenants. The $54 million project will see a new interchange built just south of the Chesapeake House rest area along Belvidere Road, giving trucks direct access to the business park, whose tenants include Amazon, Lidl and Medline.
