Downtown Baltimore has more apartment units underway than any other submarket in the metro area, according to data from CoStar Group. The area, which on CoStar’s map extends from the Inner Harbor up to Station North, has 1,250 units on the way. Those units make up 9.9 percent of the area’s current inventory of 12,653 units.
