Local transportation group says Hogan's BaltimoreLink bus plan falls short

Gov. Larry Hogan’s $135 million plan to overhaul the BaltimoreLink bus system falls short of expectations, according to new analysis from a local transportation group. The Central Maryland Transportation Alliance said Hogan’s plan “does not demonstrably improve access to jobs, schools, or healthy food sources.” Hogan unveiled his plan last fall after canceling funding for the $2.9 billion Red Line east-west light rail system.
