Former Jos. A. Bank exec opening first Wilkes & Riley store in Shops at Kenilworth

Wilkes & Riley, an online menswear retailer started by a former Jos. A. Bank executive, will open its first store Oct. 10 at the Shops at Kenilworth in Towson.
