The 10 permanent culinary tenants at the R. House food and drink hall are going to have a little added competition, as the planners said Tuesday a new rotating pop-up kitchen will be joining the development. The permanent stall will hold rotating chefs who can test out a new concept for between one week and two months. The space is equipped with everything the chef would need — from a gas range and oven, to fryers and a refrigerator. The chefs will be able to design a menu of three to six items…
