Sylvan Learning moves Harbor East headquarters to Baltimore County

One of Harbor East’s original corporate tenants, Sylvan Learning, moved to Hunt Valley on Tuesday after 20 years in the city. Sylvan Learning CEO John McAuliffe said the tutoring company’s lease at 1001 Fleet St. expired. After a search of “many areas,” McAuliffe said Sylvan chose to lease 25,000 square feet at 4 North Park Drive.
