Here's who is headlining the 35th annual Artscape festival

Artscape organizers are pulling influence from the Caribbean Sea for this year’s headlining musical acts as Haitian sensation Wyclef Jean and Jamaican reggae legend Burning Spear join Boston ska punk band the Mighty Mighty Bosstones during the 35th annual festival. Wyclef Jean, who rose to fame in the mid-1990s as a member of hip hop group the Fugees, will take the BGE Main Stage at Maryland Institute College of Art at 7:30 p.m. July 15.
