Global Payments Inc. is closing its regional office in Owings Mills, resulting in 334 layoffs, according to a notice filed Wednesday with the state. Operations will shut down at its location at 10705 Red Run Blvd. between July 30 and March 31, 2017, according to the filing with the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation.
