Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation, backers bringing youth development park to West Baltimore

West Baltimore will be the site of the the Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation’s 59th youth development park, a project being backed by some big corporate names. The $1.2 million to $1.3 million park will be located at 2400 W. Mosher St., and will be home to James Mosher Baseball, the oldest continuously operating African-American youth baseball league in the country.
