Kamenetz's Baltimore County budget proposal again holds line on taxes

Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz proposed a budget Thursday for the 2017 fiscal year that would increase general fund spending by 1.27 percent while not changing property or income tax rates. The budget calls for increasing general fund spending to $1.99 billion, up from $1.96 billion in the 2016 fiscal year ending June 30.
