Funding for Baltimore Convention Center expansion study stalls

A study that would look into expanding the Baltimore Convention Center continues to be on hold. State and city officials had eyed $3 million in funding as part of Gov. Larry Hogan’s supplemental budget during this year’s General Assembly. But as the session wrapped up on Monday evening, the funding was not in place.
