Anne Arundel County prosecutors said they saw video clips of the 2019 arrest that prompted a Black man from Odenton to sue the police department claiming a white officer knelt on his neck. Despite throwing out the criminal case against Daniel Jarrells, the State’s Attorney’s Office did not say anything about the video to Anne Arundel County police.
