Nearly a decade after opening the Rowhouse Grille in Federal Hill, Patrick Dahlgren is turning his focus northward. Dahlgren, who launched the laid-back bar and restaurant at 1400 Light St. in 2009, recently sold the Rowhouse in order to spend more time working on his Hampden properties, including the Avenue Kitchen & Bar. The grille will keep its name and chef under new owner Tony Coatsolonia, an alumnus of Atlas Restaurant Group properties Loch Bar and Italian Disco. Dahlgren declined to disclose…
