A women’s boutique and a Middle Eastern restaurant plan to open early next year at the Marketplace at Fells Point. Boutique Mint & Major will take 1,717 square feet at 612 S. Broadway and will be the first brick-and-mortar store for owner Melissa Bona. She opened the online retail website for Mint & Major in early 2018.
