Hopkins grad looks to build on R. House Indian food pop-up with brick-and-mortar space

A local chef who cut his teeth with a pop-up at Remington’s R. House is now searching for a permanent home for his concept. Dilawer Singh, who whipped up Indian dishes like rajma masala, chicken tikka masala and shimla mirch aloo during a weeklong stint at the food hall this fall, is on the hunt for a small brick-and-mortar space where he can serve his food year-round.
