The BWI Business Partnership has named a former official at the Maryland Department of Commerce as its new executive director. Gina Stewart started the role Wednesday at the business organization made up of regional businesses and government agencies. She replaces Col. Ret. Edward Rothstein, who had been in the executive director position on an interim basis.
