The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation has awarded $1.2 million to the St. Francis Neighborhood Center, a nonprofit community center in West Baltimore. The grant is one of the largest donations to the center’s capital campaign so far as it seeks to raise $4 million to renovate and expand its facility in Reservoir Hill.
