The vice chairman of T. Rowe Price Group Inc. will retire at the end of the year as the money manager continues to move forward with its succession plan. Edward C. Bernard, who has spent the last 30 years at Baltimore-based T. Rowe, will retire from the company on Dec. 31, the company announced Wednesday.
