Vacation Express is adding seasonal charter service from Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport to Cozumel, Mexico. The flights, operated by Swift Air LLC on a Boeing 737 aircraft, are four-night rotations departing on various days of the week from June 2-Aug. 21.
