‘Mansion Murders’ site in D.C. listed for $4.5 million

An empty corner lot in upper Northwest Washington, D.C., has hit the market for $4.5 million. That’s not particularly notable, except that the Massachusetts Avenue Heights property at the corner of Woodland Drive and 32nd Street NW is the former site of a mansion that was set on fire after a quadruple homicide took place there in May 2015. That home at 3201 Woodland Drive NW, built in 1928, was listed in November of 2015 for $3.25 million and sold for $3 million the same month. The home was demolished…
