When the weather outside is frightful, Baltimoreans like to cozy up to a plate of steak tacos. That’s according to data from ordering service GrubHub, which found that the city saw a 101 percent increase in orders for the dish during the past few weeks of frigid temperatures, snow and ice. Comfort food seemed to be the theme for online orders during the cold snap. Shumai, a Chinese dumpling dish, was the second most popularly ordered food, and pizza fries came in third, with 78 percent more orders.…
