Developers have unveiled plans to transform a block on downtown’s west side into a 12-story mixed-use apartment complex. Focus Development LLC, led by Shaffin Jetha, is planning to build 230 apartments at 418 W. Fayette St. with 120 parking spaces and 12,000 square feet of retail on the first floor.
