Legislation aims to bring cafes to Rash Field, West Shore Park along Inner Harbor

The Waterfront Partnership of Baltimore thinks food may be the key to longer visits along the Inner Harbor. Councilman Eric Costello introduced legislation Monday at the request of the Waterfront Partnership that would amend the existing charter provision that does not allow concession activity at Rash Field and West Shore Park.
