Exclusive: Baltimore County pitches PayPal on 400-person operations center in wake of N.C. law

Baltimore County is making its pitch to PayPal. County Executive Kevin Kamenetz is looking to land the online payment giant’s planned 400-person global operations center after the company pulled out of a deal in Charlotte in the wake of North Carolina passing a law widely criticized as being anti-gay. Kamenetz has ammunition to back up his case.
