City seeks to sell land at Pratt and Charles for possible new retail

The city is seeking to sell a small, yet prime, parcel of land it owns at the corner of Charles and Pratt streets for possible commercial redevelopment that could mirror a similar “bump-out” development at 400 East Pratt for a Shake Shack and Chick-fil-A.
