Baltimore’s James Beard Award-winning chef Spike Gjerde is opening his first restaurant in Washington, D.C. The yet-to-be named restaurant will open in the hip Line D.C. hotel, set to open in Adams Morgan in early 2017. Gjerde owns the highly praised Baltimore fine-dining spot Woodberry Kitchen as well as the more casual Parts and Labor and Artifact Coffee.
