Stebbins Anderson 'reinventing' itself with smaller store opening next week in Shops at Kenilworth

A $20 million redevelopment of The Shops at Kenilworth will begin to show progress next week with the opening of a new Stebbins Anderson on the lower level. Greenberg Gibbons Commercial Corp. last year started a redo of the 142,000-square-foot Towson mall to include the addition of a Trader Joe’s in 2017 and some new and updated restaurants.
