Sagamore Development presents plans for Port Covington business, retail district

A six-lane street lined by 125-foot buildings to include office, retail and residential space was presented to a city design panel Thursday by Sagamore Development Co. as an anchor portion of the massive $5.5 billion Port Covington mixed-use development.
